Top 5 Italian Restaurants in NYC

I think there are more Italian restaurants in NYC than Italy. Many of them are pretty darn good.  Selecting a Top 5 is a daunting task, but one that I have accepted joyously.  My research is not complete…it is nowhere near complete.   I will continue to research and research.  Try new places and reaffirm the old…what a life.

Anyway, after 16 years of research, here is my current list.  Let the controversy continue.  (If I missed a place, let me know.   Better yet, take me there.

  2. L’Artusi
  3. Il Mulino
  4. Dell’Anima
  5. Maialino

You simply cannot go wrong at any of these places…and you don’t even have to go to Italy.
